These terms govern your use of the Summit Hospitality Services website and your engagement with our cleaning and housekeeping services in Whistler, British Columbia.

Services

Summit Hospitality Services provides vacation rental cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, linen exchange, mid-stay housekeeping, property maintenance, and guest amenity services in the Whistler, BC area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

Service Agreements

Specific service terms, pricing, scope of work, and scheduling are agreed upon between Summit Hospitality Services and the client (property owner, property manager, or strata corporation) prior to the commencement of services. The contact form on this website constitutes an inquiry, not a binding agreement.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, and requirements of the property. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

Cancellations

We understand that schedules change, particularly in the vacation rental industry. We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or scheduling changes so we can accommodate other clients. Specific cancellation policies are outlined in individual service agreements.

Insurance and Liability

Summit Hospitality Services is fully insured. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance to protect our clients and their properties. In the event of accidental damage during a service visit, we will work with the property owner or manager to resolve the matter promptly.

Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to their properties for scheduled services. Summit Hospitality staff will treat all properties with care and respect, and will report any pre-existing damage or maintenance concerns discovered during service.

Quality Assurance

All departure cleans follow our 35-point inspection checklist, completed by both the cleaner and a dedicated inspector. If a service does not meet the agreed-upon standard, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address the concern promptly.
